Facility is well kept and clean. Bedrooms are big enough to accommodate a family of 4 to 5 people. This facility can be rented for small venues for up to a hundred guests. Very limited space for parking. Staff is friendly, attentive and courteous.

Stayed here Friday to Saturday for an office activity, we thought it was a hotel but actually a big house with a lot of rooms, dining room, living room, outdoor area (with a nice view) and two fully functioning kitchens. There were care takers to help but entirely you will be on your own during your stay.

Its actually a nice house with a great view of the Lake and volcano, rooms and the whole area overall was pretty clean. Its also in a very good location in the city (near establishments) I just wasn't a fan of the red tiles in the courtyard but that's just me.

Wouldn't mind coming back.

This girl Rachel double booked us and wanted us to leave at 8am and threatened to charge us for extra when she was the one who double booked us. Not even apologetic and the room had cockroaches behind the toilet and below the sink.

Hospitality - zero
Place is great but needs massive cleaning.
Do not be deceived.

I only have good words for Casablanca Private Mansion. I've known the owner since 2010 as I organized my cousin's April summer wedding there. We wanted to have an outdoor overlooking taal lake view for the wedding and we found this place. We find the place intimately good for 100-120 pax. This venue is not only for receptions, it can also hold the ceremony at the same time (normally, the pool area where they place a walkway to cover the middle part--it was just lovely). If to be used for reception, venue price alone is not for the budgeted couples. Venue can be pretty pricey but the price includes usage of all the facilities plus two rooms overnight accommodation. You can also book the place for private functions and other related events and you can inquire for the rates from Jojo (0917-5062916) or Au (0932-8545531). You can also book the rooms for holidays and special occasions. But booking and reserving in advance is highly encouraged as the place gets fully booked fast especially for the holidays.

Room tip: 4 rooms on the second floor are all having the taal lake view

It has a nice bedroom just perfect for the make - up artist of my bride to set up her tools. I check on the foyer and I am really amazed by the view. It gives us an effortless and beautiful backdrop for the photo ops of my bride. It is overlooking tall lake and the view is breath taking. The only negative thing is that it's not easy to find the property as the signage is not that visible.
