Summit Ridge helped me learn a lot about the hotel industry, I have to say, when I first joined this company, I wasn't sure what to expect. Before I arrived, they told me exactly what to expect and provided everything I would need to get a head start. They gave me information about the company in advance, drawing my attention to corporate policies and procedures that would be different from the ones I was used to in my school internship. Summit Ridge, Tagaytay is a decent hotel that is easily accessible for people who want to spend their vacation in Tagaytay. I was an intern and was assigned to be crew; I developed my skills and learned a lot inside the hotel about how to work in the F&B industry, while our senior crew and instructors were very helpful in shaping us to become professionals in our future careers. The Summit Ridge is one of Tagaytay's most affordable, accessible, and decent hotels, as well as a good training ground for interns.
