Excellent Service, Comfy place and friendly staff

Everything is just perfect! the place, the staff and the buffet breakfast served well with the smile.

Great job View Park Hotel, Tagaytay
definitely will be back soon.

Thank you for your kindness and warm accomodation during our 19th yr wedding anniversary.

It was indeed one of our unforgettable celebration.

Wonderful Family bonding in a top notch hospitality service hotel

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel.
Early in the morning we arrived in Tagaygay, we directly went to this resort... Unfortunately our room was not yet ready since they were fully booked. But that was fine because we were book for city tour and even for the Taal Volcano tour.
We were welcomed by Lester with his kind and pleasant approach.
We had a breakfast at Siglo before we went to out tour.
Great food and good costumer service we experienced on said restaurant.
We went to Taal volcano first where we had a horse back riding. First time to had that experience, it was really enjoyed with my kids. We had a photoshoot at the creater also at the red lava .
We went back to the hotel at 7pm.. My kids were excited to see our room.
After we checked in... Our kids had bathing on the tub.
I was impressed with linen and towels. It's clean and whiter than white.
On our check out date, we were assisted by Erwin, he was so very approachable and welcoming. He gave us a smooth and hassle free check out. He performed his job well.
Thank You very much for the entire team of this hotel, definitely we will be back.

Elegant and cozy

This hotel is the perfect combination of comfortable and elegant. The bathtub and suite are what dreams are made of. Everything was so clean. The space is quiet, not a party atmosphere, which I enjoy. The service is amazing. Joy was the best help, and made sure I was enjoying every minute of my stay.

Room tip: quieter rooms, beautiful suite, amazing bathtub

True Filipino hospitality

The staff and workers are showing the true spirit of Filipino hospitality. They are friendly, warm and helpful. The room is clean. The towels are white.The restaurant Siglo provides authentic and delicious Filipino food ,especially the "turun"(fried banana . a must try). The ambience of the hotel is that of Filipino arts. For improvement , I suggest building a roof cover from the building housing the rooms to the reception and restaurant area. I give this hotel a 5 star. My wife and I stayed in this hotel from 28June to 30June 2019.

Best Customer Service

First stayed here last March for our anniversary. Second stay here supposedly for my birthday staycation late April but was moved due to an emergency yesterday, May 11.
While the rooms and overall design of the buildings need an update, you'd find pockets of picturesque whimsy in the gardens, the trellis-lined walkways with the cages occupied by some birds and the aquarium at the front office.
What made our stay exceptional is the friendliness of the staff. From reservation to our well-cooked buffet breakfast, View Park Hotel's service is first-class all the way and more than makes up for the few "to-improve-ons" we had.
Thanks for making my birthday and Mother's Day memorable. See you soon and I love "View" indeed
