I booked an overnight stay in a Standard Room for our wedding anniversary on Sept 11-12, 2016. But when we arrived, we were so surprised because it was upgraded to a Deluxe Room for free! because the hotel is already fully-booked.

We availed the Petals set-up in Bed and Dinner-a-Deux from their I Love View package. We really loved it!! The room was nice and the petals set-up in our bed was romantic. (I didn't want to remove it, Hahaha)

Picnic Grove was just in front of the hotel so we decided to go for a walk that afternoon and had a picture taking over the nice view of Taal lake.

We had our dinner at around 8pm, it was on time. The romantic Candlelight Dinner was set up at the garden. Felt like we were the only ones there! The food was good! (Soup, wine and dessert were also included in the package) It was almost perfect except for the very loud videoke coming from the restaurant next to the hotel. It didn't go well with our romantic night.

The next day, right after eating breakfast, we left and went to the pool area. (the swimming pool was not so big but it was clean) A few minutes after, one guy came up to us and gave us this Happy Anniversary fruit platter. It was a little bit late but we really appreciate their effort to surprise us.

We checked out at exactly 12nn. And before we left, they handed us with a hotel souvenir-a very cute couple mug. But the best souvenir we received was the experience. Their excellent customer service, the staffs' smiles and greetings. It made our anniversary very special! And most of all, they did not treat us less despite the fact that we availed a cheaper package as compared to the other guests.

Aside from easy access, easy to locate, always in safety mood (about 500 meters away from the PNP Station), and "near-by churches, funs, and parks of Tagaytay", Our stay in your hotel was really enjoyable and noteworthy this recent long weekend, though it was just an overnight stay but it was really significantly fun! The overnight experience was worth sharing to (inviting) friends, families and relatives! Thanks to your courteous and quick response personnel and staff! From your FOs, Waiters, Room Attendants, Telephone Operator, to your Security Guards at the entrance and parking area, – THEY WERE ALL GREAT!
