We went there for an overnight family trip but I've been there previously with friends. The deluxe room is spaceous, the ambience relaxing. They have massage services which we tried; it also added to our R&R.The most wonderful aspect of it was the accommodating staff. They were always greeting and smiling, even as you only walk past. Amazing experience overall. :)

Stayed here last July 2016. From check-in to check-out, service was superb. The front desk facilitated a swift check-in. The free dinner was awesome. We were surprised as it was not the typical "free" meal. It has soup, main course and dessert with a refreshing mint drink. The massage included in the room package was also something to look forward to. The waiting staff was likewise very hospitable, making sure that we got our order correctly and even double checked if we got the free dinner served to our room.

The only down side may be the flicking light and weak wifi connection inside the room and there was only a single key card for the room. But that's minor. Overall. Service is great and we will definitely come back for more.

Kudos!!

If you want a relaxing staycation, this is the place. It was rainy the time we stayed here but was quite pleased that we got what we needed. Great food at Siglo's and at a reasonable price. We tried the other eatery adjacent to this hotel but our bill was greater than our meal in Siglo's. They also have a cafe which served good brewed coffee. The room was too big for us and the amenities compliments it. It is good value for its room rates. We will definitely come back to escape city life and recommend it to our friends.

Stayed as a couple, room was great! staffs are so overwhelming, from security up to f.o's, room attendants, even their IT personnel takes good service as well. Usually, I do not encounter hotels that their IT would come to our room and troubleshoot our devices, that's a real total satisfaction kudos with that! The food was great, drinks also was refreshing. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends..see you again folks!

Room tip: Definitely A4

It was a nice stay, we stayed at room #2 which is the deluxe room, since there were no standard room available it's too much for a couple because it has two queen beds, but I really don't mind. The room smells good, I was expecting a bathtub but it doesn't have one, but nonetheless the bathroom is clean. The only downside is the garbage outside our room just beside our door, I think they're still on the process of cleaning other rooms so they left it there for the meantime. Another problem was food/resto, I was really tired, I woke up almost 11 pm and hungry there were no 24 hrs restaurant there I also remembered them saying that their restaurant is only open till 10 pm so i didn't bother asking them if their resto is still available. We ate our leftover food na lang and some foods sa mini bar. I also didn't enjoy the spa but my bf did but I did enjoy the breakfast, one of the best tapa and coffee ❤️ Overall the hotel exterior is really good especially the garden and the staffs are really accommodating!
