Thank you for the great experience! I came with my mom and she really enjoyed every bit of it. From security, f&b up to hk, everybody is very kind and polite. Kudos to Raven, our server during our dinner. He was very attentive and pleasant. Keep it up! Til next time! Thank you.

Raven, the staff in the restaurant is very accomodating. Excellent customer service.
Kudos also to your photo taking skills! We enjoyed our coffee break in Escala.

Kuya Joneth's customer service was perfect! Our entire dining experience was superb because of him. Plus, he takes a lot of good photos! He was friendly and was always ready to assist. Thanks, Kuya Joneth!

Event: Business, overnight
Function Room Used: Sonata Function Room
Accommodation: L3 Executive Rooms

Reception - spacious with shared floor space with their restaurant
Food - hotel breakfast has many choices. Function Room Family Lunch and Snack - delicious
Function Room - cold room, with its own balcony and view, smells good inside the room, sound system are loud enough
Parking - reserved due to our business event
Pool - didn’t try it but I touched it and it was cold.
L3 Rooms - they were the same floor with the pool and gym. Bathrooms are okay. A bit small room at twin sharing. Since it was a business trip, I did not spend so much time at the room.
Gym - 2 treadmills, with weights for both male and female, 1 cycling. I used the treadmill and they were okay.

There are gardens down the pool. There is a groto there. The gardens are quiet. I went there during breakfast time and it was quiet. The view there is nicer. If you want to relax, go there.

It was not advised to us to walk outside to go to restaurants. The hotel has a shuttle service - van with 12-seats, 1k per way. We went 2 trips at 4k. If you want to go outside, ask for a tricycle.

Staff greets you anywhere. They have a resident Hotel Manager and I called her past 8:30pm and she answered my concern.

Room tip: The place is just beside Skyranch. I missed the entrance as it was not so big. So when you are near Escala, slow down please.

When you walk into the lobby check in area, it was very modern looking. You cannot miss the beautiful view of the ocean and also get a glimpse of the Taal Volcano. There is also an Infinity pool you can see from the lobby as well. But from the lobby view, you can see the defects that paint on the side of the hotel was already rusting and peeling(can see from my photo). I know it's not a big deal for some but for picture purposes, you would have to edit it so those don't show. The room itself felt traditional and didn't go with the theme. The bathroom itself was nicer. We opted for ocean view room with balcony but didn't use the outside sofa because it was dusty. Was kinda expecting more for the price we paid and supposedly it was one of the top rooms that couldn't be booked online and through their agent only. Don't want to take away from the view of the hotel which was beautiful? Would I come back? Maybe 50/50
