We had an amazing stay at Escala Hotel. All the staffs were accommodating and kind, special mention to the restaurant staff Laham, Kevin, Ruel and Ivan. The buffet breakfast have a variety of food, freshly and deliciously prepared. The room is clean and spacious. And most of all the infinity pool has spectacular views of Taal. We will definitely come back here in our next holiday.

Booked 2 nights in Escala Tagaytay for my niece’s 1st birthday and to celebrate my brother’s wedding. The hotel is well located and near the attractions. Rooms are clean with modern contemporary vibe. The place has a superb view of the Taal volcano especially from the restaurant. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of food and tastes good. The service is excellent from the time we checked in but our stay became extra special due to exemplary service from the hotel staff. Kudos to everyone and special thank you to Reginal, Christian, Laham and Topher who went above and beyond to assist us.
