it's near the city centre (Olivarez circle/rotunda) and accessible for commuters. We booked this hotel using a voucher because the rooms are affordable and inclusive of massage, dinner and breakfast. The free dinner is a plated and one option only (additional fee for a different menu) with one round of juice, the massage is a 45-minute massage with 2 options: room service or inside the nearby spa (first come first serve in terms of the available time), the breakfast is better with variety of options and buffet bread & salad. With pool, parking space and there's a nice garden but lots of big mosquitoes (personally, I got bitten twice) that go inside your room (since our room is near the garden) The room is clean but ordinary and needs an improvement or an upgrade. With kettle and cup facilities as well as sachets for the bath essentials but no free coffee\tea. There's no free bottled water inside the rooms but they offer water dispenser along the corridor but the one near our room is not plugged/on hence we failed to have a cold water (its a hot/humid tagaytay when we're there hence a cold beverage is beneficial). The staffs (from the guards, reception & restaurant staffs, to the housekeeping) are pleasant and courteous thats a plus.

If you are in for a quick getaway in Tagaytay that is accessible (for commuters), go here as it is near Olivarez Circle :) but if you want something that will make you come back, try another hotels :))) But.. there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby (Bag of Beans is an auto choice ;) )

PROS:
- Near markets/city proper
- Affordable room rates
- Enough plated dinner/breakfast
- With massage/spa service
- With pool
- With enough parking space

CONS:
- Old and not so clean bedroom.
- Not so clean CR, with broken tiles and molds
- Not so warm hotel staff
- Not so clean swimming pool

All in all, you'll get an average service and you'll get what you have paid for. Needs improvement and upgrading of hotel facilities and services. Thanks and God bless us.

When It was my first time in tagaytay I did not expect how beautiful it was. Hotels everywhere, different extreme and fun activities such as zip lining, horse back riding and more. Surely you'll get tired afterwards but thats okay because the place offers the best accommodation and service while you enjoy your stay at the hotel.

We recently had an overnight stay here with my family, no particular occassion, just a bonding time. We do enjoy swimming a lot despite having a little rashes afterwards, maybe bacause of the chlorine, i hope it wont happen again on our next visit. The staff and guards are again very courteous and friendly, ready to assist you in anyway they could. We also did my pre birthday pictorial here and i am just satisfied with its natural view and clean surroundings. Overall, i am still satisfied.
