I don’t know how many stars this hotel is rated but it’s by far one of the best value-for-money hotels in Tagaytay.
You’d expect prices to go up for Christmas and during this lockdown because hotels would want to recover quickly but not this one. Their packages are so reasonable - full room and board.
The food is very good and not mediocre at all. Even if it’s plated, they didn’t skimp on the serving nor the plating. The pizzas are sumptuous! The crust is super good. They make their own bread/dough. There’s a variety of selection in the menu.
The rooms are very clean. We stayed at the villa. It’s a loft with a queen bed and a foldable sofa bed and a single bed. There’s a small dining table and a receiving area with tv. Great for families. Bathroom area is big too and has two sinks. The shower and the toilet are separate from each other so there’s need to be crowded. A hotel with a bidet always gets plus points! We’ve stayed here a number of times before. The other rooms are good for 2 people only.
The hotel is pet-friendly too!
Staff are very polite and helpful. I also commend them for following IATF guidelines in not allowing kids below 15 and seniors over 65.
Just a few things that may be improved on -

a small fridge in the rooms, longer kitchen/restaurant hours, some form of communications device from room to front desk, etc., heated pool (it was too cold to swim).
In sum, though, this is a good place to stay at to relax. More
