We spent a night before departing to USA. The people were very nice, the attention was exceptional, the room was excellent. I couldn't ask for anything more. I couldn't make the reservation online due to website problems. We just came to the hotel and they gave us a room.

Room Tip: Excellent location since is very close to to airport. Rooms are very quiet.

Very nice eco-friendly hotel, Clean and modern room,( no view).
Restaurant needs mayor improvement, every single time brunch or dinner servers made me feel that they are bother to be working, almost have to beg for service, long list of things the goes wrong at this restaurant, DON'T EXPECT FINE DINING EXPERIENCE.
Tip for the chef: cold salad with dressing don't go well on hot dinner plate/ fish with sauce, potatoes, veggies and a salad on the same plate... BIG NO NO NO...!!!

It's a large, modern hotel complex next to the industrial area, but still near town. The
entrance lobby is very open and spacious, with a sort of sushi bar on the right as soon
as you enter. The swimming pool can be viewed from the lobby.
Our room was fairly large with a big comfortable bed. The bathroom is also large with
pretty bood water pressure. The mini-fridge was stocked with a minimal amount of water
and juice.
WIFI was readily available.
Breakfast buffet offered minimal breads, some meats, beans, a couple varieties of fruits
and coffee ( no tea available) from the bar. I was really missing cereals and some kind
of yogurt.
The currency rate is so inflated that the lunch we did have in the ground floor restaurant
turned out to be quite pricey with a bowl of soup costing around $27 dollars.
The reception desk offered no change of currency and evenin the airport, one automatic
teller was broken and the other one required some kind of an I.D. Number. Needless to
say, trying to get Bolivars to spend in town was quite a 'task'!
All in all, it appeared to be a hotel that was constantly working on improving its services,
so I imagine that with new guests, new changes are being made as well.

Not much to say. It's a brand new hotel, so everything is new and clean, but as it is to be expected, they have details to work out in every room still. Up until the date of this review, only the mezzanine and the first floor had been set up, the rest of the building was getting finished. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The room has a decent 30 inch LCD tv with mostly local and latin interest channels, but i was able to get some shows in enligsh from certain channels; mostly sitcoms, though.

The location and amenities make it clear that this is not a holiday hotel, but if you're in town to do business in the industrial areas, it's perfect. The restaurant was rather expensive and the service was so-so, but the 3 meals i had were pretty good. I didn't get why it had a pool, but yes, there's a pool.

Some of the staff spoke some english but they were always helpful and accommodating. There's an ongoing issue with the WIFI in that hotel, i hope they sort it out soon, but do call ahead before making your reservation if wireless internet is important during your visit. I travel a few times a year to Barquisimeto, i would stay there again.

Room Tip: Forget about having a view, there's no view to be had. Get a room from the first floor up, keycard access is required for those floors while anyone can access the rooms in the mezzanine since there's a large event hall on that floor as well.
