Hotel needs improvement and modernization for the money charged. Slow WiFi and poor breakfast (not enough fruits, too egg based diet). Although centrally located, clean, with friendly staff, I would bargain the price down to make it competitive for its value.

Central location that is within walking distance to nearby attractions such as Vakil Complex, Kharim Khan Citadel & Pars Museum.
Rooms are decent and clean, with comfortable beds, decent air conditioning and modern card-entry door locks. Bath towels are provided and cable TV with one english news channel is available. Hotel Wi-Fi is decent but take note there's an upload limit that, once reached, you won't be able to use the Wi-Fi.
Front desk are fluent in English and are very friendly and welcoming.

Very close to the city attractions, in the heart of the city. Not so far from the airport. Could be considered as a 3 star hotel. How you judge this hotel, highly depends what you are looking for. The rooms are clean. Variety of breakfast is not as much as you think.

Good location, friendly staff, reasonable prices, decent room.

We had a very good experience with Bahid, the staff member who drove us to Persepolis and Yazd.

The breakfast left me very hungry - no fresh fruit, all the preserves were from packets, and too much of a focus on eggs.

The hotel looks and feels like it was built some 20 years ago and didn'see any repairs and upgrades since. The breakfast was pathetic and had to get some food from the supermarket to be able to have a decent breakfast. Moreover the staff serving breakfast was absolutely inept and careless as they were having breakfast themselves while the customers were looking for a clean table or for the food that by 7:40 AM was already gone with no signs it was going to be replaced. The only good things I can say about this hotel is that the staff from the reception was professional and helpful and so were the cleaning ladies.
