It's easy to smile when things are going well but for me the sign of a good hotel is how management react when any small issues arise.
We arrived on a busy wet Easter weekend when the hotel was fully booked. There was a bit of a wait to be checked in but you could see from the start that the management and staff were going to do everything possible to make our stay enjoyable.
The Manager James could not have done any more and went beyond what was required anytime we had a query.
The pool facilities are fantastic and our rooms were newly refurbished and very elegant.
The food was fantastic with the Lamb rump off the bar menu being my favourite. I will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to my friends.More
