This property run by a helpful couple is conveniently located. Easy to park a car and roughly 10 minutes walking distance to the city centre. Basic room, clean, welcoming, pretty nice breakfast. The Perito Moreno glacier is roughly 1 hour drive by an easy road. Good value for the price.
Charlotte and Hernan are great hosts. No matter what we asked they answered and helped any way they could. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious with plenty of space to store our luggage. Breakfast is simple, as everywhere we were in Argentina, but eggs are made to order by Hernan.
Parking is just around the corner at the back of the property.
Our full basket of laundry was done by the next day for a small fee.
The extra three furry hosts of this B§B came to greet us every day too :-)
Very clean hotel and comfortable accommodations (especially the bed). The hosts were very nice and greeted us when we arrived. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night but we would definitely recommend. It is within walking distance to some restaurants and there is a taxi company right next door.
We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked through the Bed and Breakfast’s website and had fantastic communication with the hosts from the off. The information which was provided to us was excellent and they also booked up all the tours for us before we got to El Calafate. This ensured we could fit in everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was great every morning and we ordered a home made “Box Lunch” to take on one of our tours which was perfect.
The location of the hotel is excellent and just one block off the main street where you will find plenty of bars, cafes and shops.
All in all a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the world.
Nau is in a great location close to the main road of shops and restaurants. The twin room is very cute and has its own bathroom. The beds are quite comfortable. This room is on the ground floor facing the road (think the others are quieter), so you might want to take ear plugs. Breakfast was good and served any time 6.30-10am. Charlotte & Herman are friendly and really helpful, recommending the Big Ice glacier tour with Hielo y Aventura (must do!) and some great local restaurants. Great value.
