UCO Restaurant in Fierro Hotel was first class in all aspects and provided a truly authentic Argentinian Flavor. Al fresco dining in the central garden area was a refreshing and delightful venue for dinner. Service was impeccable and the waitstaff provided lots of little extras like savory lamb bruschetta and fresh breads with a variety of spreads. With an extensive wine list, helpful recommendations from the sommelier and staff, we decided to share the Patagonian leg of lamb with mixed veggies and new potatoes. Slow cooked for 18 hours, the lamb with reduction sauce melted in our mouths and burst with subtle flavor. It was a great value for everything you get. Highly recommended!
