Lovely decor but the room I booked had no en-suite, private bathroom over the corridor, did not know this until I arrived, the hotel should make you aware of this.
The girl on reception was one of the surliest, unfriendly people I have ever encountered and did not make me feel welcome in any way, This is my third and last stay here.
I suggest the owners invest in some customer care training!!!

Room Tip: Ask for en-suite,

This place was located in Palermo Soho which I think is one of the best places to be when visiting Buenos Aires.. It's a funky upmarket location, safe and has great atmosphere.. The hotel was value for money and we were very pleased with the quality of accommodation..

We stayed 5 lovely nights in this B&B, converted from a convent. The staff were helpful and friendly, the location is good, with restaurants and boutique stores within walking distance. The place is charming, with nice decor. Our room was spacious. The bathroom fixtures could use some repair/upgrading and the bidet could use a lid. We liked the fact that there was a US electric outlet. Overall a memorable stay.

Room Tip: No elevator, so ask for ground floor room if you have difficulty with stairs.

We loved staying at the malabia house. The owner clearly dedicates her heart and soul into the hotel. It felt so home-y. The decor is incredible and the house itself is really gorgeous. Every morning there was a decent breakfast. Its a very clean hotel. Most of the front desk staff was super friendly and sweet. The location is second to none - so close to amazing restaurants and bars. Best location in Buenos Aires!
