She helped a lot with all our needs , although they have a little bit problem but she handle it nicely and properly. What a selfless act of kindness that she have. And by the way thank you Mam Maricar for sending a birthday cake to my son he's so happy that day. Mam Emma Thank you so much for sending stuff toy to my son as a birthday gift to him. And to Sir Jerry the floor supervisor is exellent, clean and focused on Covid 19 hygiene.

For Sir Jonathan Erestain - Housekeeping in Nobu Hotel and For Mam Meliza Alo Housekeeping in Hyatt Hotel

- Both of them was so sweet because when i entered into our room it's so overwhelming the message on my bed
And both of them is very efficient staff and give them the best shot and good service in my room always.

And lastly To Mam Jacqueline Quindoy Front Office Manager in Nobu Hotel and Mam Nica Manager of Hyatt

- Mam Jacqueline Quindoy is so friendly at all , very nice and easily to deal with her guest..very pleasing personality and so much beautiful inside and out. Such a sweet gestures of her when she texted me on my birthday im so much overwhelmed that she greet me (Nov.1) , although i know she is so very busy person on that day but i feel extra special.

- To Mam Nica Manager of Hyatt Hotel i thought that first impression last, but they proved me wrong because she's not what i thought. She's so very Accomodating Person and very nice totalk too as well. Very dedicated to her work and so much approachable all the time.

And lastly to our host Mam Cherry , Mam Krizia and Sir Nikko Aquino for always assisting us when we need it most.. godbless to all of you.

I would like to Highlight positively on the proactivity and welcoming attitude of all the staff above-mentioned , they very friendly in very professional manner.

The facility is Always tide and clean.
The social distancing is implemented without compromise. the equipment always in exellent condition.

Both communicate very efficient and they up to it. They serve with passion and leave good perception. for me, always great experience to all your  Hotel's (NuwaNobuHyatt) utilizing the facilities with 100% assurance of frequent sanitation and covid compliance.
