They upgraded our hotel room... and the room was superb and huge!!! We definitely comeback.... and family enjoyed our stay here...

The hotel is very nice and luxurious, just don't let the kids roam since it a casino hotel. Fresh restaurant are good except for the RUDE and idiot person slicing the steak that ruin the special day of my wife and would NOT recommend eating there unless you are ready to PUNCH that guy.

Jayson of Solaire North Fresh Buffet went above and beyond in his service, he assisted us while we dine and attended to our needs even before we think that we needed it. When eating here, look for him! Superb service and very accommodating!! Would definitely go back!

Spent the weekend at the Solaire Resort in Pasay this month for my daughter's 13th birthday, and it was the best staycation for kids, by far. We enjoyed the pool, the food, and of course (especially) the personalized service we received. The hotel staff are courteous and very helpful, also very patient with rambunctious kids. Also, it wasn't very crowded, great for those looking for a quiet but enjoyable stay and pampering. Thank you, Solaire, for a memorable stay!

I’m very pleased with their Customer Service at Solaire in Pasay City, Manila after we dined at Waterside Bar during the Celebration of Father's Day last June 16, 2024. 😊
I have to mention and thank the following exceptional great service of:
• Chef January - a very kind, cool and generous Sous Chef.👩🏼🍳💖
• Chef Ryan Cadiz - one of the fresh, neatly-looking and handsome chef i've ever met and super duper kind!!👨🏻🍳💖
• Chef Mishka, Nard, Roni, Mj, Carlo Cascaño - you guys rock! I was really happy seeing them enjoying their job even if it's really tiring but still they manage to smile and you can see that they work as a team! keep up the good work and just enjoy. 🧑🏻🍳👩🏼🍳🤵🏼♂️💖
• The Gorgeous ladies: Ms. Aila, Chelsea and Kyla - always smiling face and checking on you. great job ladies! 💋💄
Food was very good quality all around and surprisingly their chefs are very knowledgable in cooking temps. Would also like to commend their Hygiene team because of their very clean and hygienic live kitchen, Shoutout to the best Hygiene Manager - Miss Hahz! 👏
Their Truffle Paccheri are top-notch. Prices were reasonable. 👌
You know if the staff are happy with their job it's because the quality of work is an EXCEPTIONAL!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We are definitely referring your hotel to my friends and relatives and we will surely come back to Solaire, Pasay.

We really enjoyed our stay! We celebrated father's day without any hassle at all. My hubby, since it his day, he was played casino while we enjoyed the amenities like the pool and our suite room!
The customer service is very excellent. Well trained staff and rendering service with a heart!
