Good customer service and good food!! Ambience is perfect. Best for the budget. Serving time is good and all the food is fresh.

Food is amazing! It’s our favorite ramen restaurant. Staff are kind and professional. Special thanks to Christian and Angel for their kind assistance whenever we dine in here.

Cant really say much. It was your typical Japanese restaurant that offered typical Japanese food. They were very good, portioned just right and the presentation was nothing short of fabulous. They weren't too over the top. Everything had a purpose (plating wise).

The staff and food are excellent. Ms. Ara was super nice and very accommodating with nice smile. Or was an overall excellent first experience. We'll definitely be back.

I just wanted to commend the excellent service we received tonight at Hidemasa COD. One of the staff has been very helpful. I’m not sure if he was the manager. I’m assuming he was.

The manager on duty was exceptionally sensitive to the needs of the customers. I’m pregnant and am so thankful for the thoughtfulness; no big gestures, no freebies, just thoughtfulness about relieving the strain from standing up and waiting long. I didn’t get his name. But managers like him are a gem and will surely be a key to the success of Hidemasa. And the food was good too. Thank you.
