Our family enjoyed our stay at Okada Manila. The view, amenities, entertainment, and sophisticated rooms were really worth it.
From the hotel reservations staff to their security officers, front desk staff, and housekeeping, we've consistently felt very welcomed and taken care of.
As it is a 5-star hotel, one might think that all of the food in the vicinity are pricey. Although, this is a bit true, there are still restaurants and fast food chains inside. There's jollibee inside if you want to save up on food expenses. Coffee shops like Starbucks, Nono's, and The Coffee Bean are also open
I guess the only downside to our experience was the lack of coordination and communication between the Retreat Spa and the Front Desk or Hotel Room Reservation Offices, when we paid for an access to the Retreat Spa Lounge prior to our stay, and had been in continuous communication with the hotel regarding the reservation. Despite all that, we were still held up in the Spa lobby by the receptionist. But thankfully, we were still accommodated and the hotel took responsibility for the confusion.More
