I, literally do not know where to start.. I am still awe from the memorable experience OKADA provided us. I gave my newlywed sister and his husband a gift of staycation for thei honeymoon. From the inquiry stage to the booking process it was indeed smooth! The reservation team is very accomodating and responsive from all the queries I have for them. Working for hospitality and having an experience from the same field, I must say that the staff were hired, trained and valued by the company. The service was just a LEGIT! warm and personalized. My special thanks and kudos to Donnabelle of Guest Services, She upholds the OKADA core principle MAGOKORO- True heart. Prior to arrival she assisted me over the phone with somw clarifications. Upon arrival, she welcomed is with sincere and warm smile even the mask is on, you can see it from her eyes. She guide the couple to the Anti rapid antigin test, and right after guided them to their suite. The couple was given a complimentary room upgrade which really makes a great impact for the experience. 3T of OKADA Manila sets the bar among the hotels here in the philippines, the safety, cleanliness and the 5 STAR SERVICE BEING PROVIDED amidst the global pandemic crisis. No one would feel unsafe, the property was just Beyong Beautiful and State of the Art! From the lobby, to the hallways, to the rooms evrything was made to perfection. Not to mention the signature scent of okada! Its the legit class!

We even tried the Retreat Spa! This is the best Spa i have ever tried in the Philippines, Im not joking! Kudos and big thanks to Lady and Mel who becomes our therapist, the respect and knowledge on the massage was just amazing! The spa itself is just perfect! I can live in the spa forever! And their ginger tea and snacks from the tonic bar in Retreat Spa is something to be remembered.

To sum it up! Okada sets the Bar for the service and value of a True Staycation in the Philippines. They created beautifully the Filipino and Japanese Hospitality with the blast of class and Glam, yet comforting and truly remarkable.

TIP: For my fellow tripadvisor fan. Take it from me mu dear friends, if you are reading this, you are on the right spot. Go for it. Okada was true with their promise of making every simple celebrations to memorable occasion.

Thank you Okada!! I am delighted that Mr. John Paulo Melendres and Mr. Yusep Beniola assited me and my family during our stay. I celebrated my birthday there! And they prepared our room in advance, had personalized towel cake from the housekeeping, Sealed room, sealed glasses, complimentary hygiene kit, delicious chocolate cake and birthday banner in my room!! They even gave us their contact details should we need anything. What a very unforgettable and memorable stay!! We will definitely be back! Top-notch personalized service!
