Happy to mingle is a cute hostel in a quiet sidestreet near the airport. It has excellent Wifi and AC in the dorm.
Annelyn is an awesome host and makes you feel like you're part of the family. She has the best tips on what to do and what to see - and she might even take you there herself!
This is the perfect place to experience the authentic filippino life in Manila.
It's also one of the easiest places to get in contact with other travellers, since the shared kitchen/living room is such a nice spot to hangout in.

I always stay here before flying to Cebu. The staff of Happy to Mingle always make you feel like family. They even gave me souvenirs and extra stuff like hot tea or bread. Anything to make You feel at home.

Cannot complain about the price and comfort experienced, it is one of the best & cheapest in airport area. See u soon again guys!

This is not a hostel. This is a family home that fit as many shabby bunk beds as possible in their spare room.

The pre-adolescent daughter was there to check us in and greet us. She then showed us to our 'dorm' which comprised of falling apart and sheetless bunkbeds. There was a dirty shared bathroom that none of us felt safe using.

On top of this it was stupidly expensive for the Phillipines.

Bad times.

Thank you for the lies and insulting the family. We will avoid visiting Ireland at all cost to avoid a bigoted lynch mob. The one who checked you in was 19 years old, we put new sheets on the bed and well, to make life easy, you could have chosen to get out of the room once you saw it. Instead of insulting your host who called you pretty and brought you to the nearest restaurant

I stayed at Happy to Mingle for 2 nights. Close to the airport and an amazing host. She showed me around and even drove me back to the airport. This is the place to stay for transit passengers. I will be back there next month an look forward to staying there again and meeting some more like minded travellers.

Room tip: Great value for money

We stayed at Happy to Mingle Hostel after attending a late evening event in RWM. It's very near RWM compound, Mall of Asia, and NAIA. We took a Grabcar going to the place. It's easy to find.

We had a room for two with AC, perfect for couples. Our accommodation comes with free breakfast for two - coffee, omelette, bread. The host is very friendly, she joined us for breakfast and provided travel tips going around the city. Clean toilet and bath is shared, there's strong hot shower as well.

Overall, we had a good night sleep in a comfortable mattress. The hostel is very clean and well organized.

Room tip: Choose the room for two if you're traveling with spouse. They also have bunk beds, which is more cheaper.
