Best experience

Hotel's vibe is so inviting and relaxing, lobby pa lang mabango na hihi.
The room is so clean, food is yum, very good and safe to stay, accessible pa to many restaurants and malls.
They have a good quality of service also super friendly ng mga staffs.
Thank you specially to Ms Catherine, she is very helpful and polite, it counts to really enjoy our stay.
Happy memories with the family, we had so much fun staying.
Thank you very much Mella, we'll come back for sure.

my customer journey is Great!

Good food , good people, good ambiance, Great customer service especially Catherine she is in the front desk, good and cleaning room, very accommodating people, nice room , nice restaurant, clean place, respectful guards

Lovely weekend

I enjoyed our stay at this amazing hotel. The rooms and all areas are clean, well sanitized. The food is great, the offer wide variety of foods during buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed their chill out night.. The staffs are all welcoming and accomodating. The manager Michelle stands the most. I highly recommend this hotel, we will surely be back

Awesome stay

We stayed in Mella hotel just last Aug 28, location is perfect where everything is within walking distance. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful specially the manager, Michelle. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns.  Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food and really delicious. The room is very nice. Recommended and will definitely go back.

Our Stay in Mella

Our stay in Mella was really a relaxing one. The staff were really accomodating and always assisting us. The free buffet for breakfast is great plenty of variety to choose from. The room was really spacious and clean. They have amenities like gym, kids room, spa and a very nice pool. Planning to check back in. Thanks Mella!!

Room tip: If are from las pinas area, you can go there by using the gatchalian road on c5 extension shortcut. Makes the travel time less
