Well worth it! Enjoyable!

My fiance and I decided to destress from work and we wanted to try this hotel for so long! From the outside, it’s very inviting and our overnight stay was well worth it. We were accommodated profesionally by the front desk staff named Alvin. Check in was quick and efficient. We tried their cafe which served the best cheesecake ever and we were able to get a discount because it’s already night time. Most of all, their gym was amazing! It’s very spacious and equipments were complete. I think they practice self service at the gym. Luckily, I was very much comfortable being alone working out. The amenities in the restroom seem luxurious. The pool area was very nice and the pool itself had less chlorine. It just felt very clean and new. Breakfast items were delicious as well. My only recommendation would be to add more variety. Nevertheless, we enjoyed breakfast as we sat by the window overlooking the pool area. Staffs there were very kind too! Definitely a nice hotel to relax and destress. We would love to go back and try the massage too because that’s the one we were not able to try.

Relaxing place

It was our wedding anniversary and we weren't disappointed. The place was beautifully adorned and had a relaxing environment. Staff were courteous and the breakfast buffet was filling. They have complete amenities like gym and spa. The pool was not as big as I hoped, but it was just okay.

All Praises!

All praises for this boutique hotel. This is our neighborhood hotel and I’ve wondered before who will be it’s market. Apparently, it’s still us! We checked in for 2 nights due to power outage and another night for a house guest visiting us from Korea. We booked a family and king de luxe . We were pleasantly surprised on how elegant and well-designed the interior of the lobby , the rooms and the halls are. The rooms are very neat and they didn’t scrimp on the linens and shower space . The amenities are top-notch! The modern huge gym, a modern play place with smart TV , spa and a decent size swimming pool. Breakfast spread is not bad , maybe they can add bacon as a regular to make it perfect! I will definitely come back !

ME.LLAve this hotel!

Day of Valor holiday afforded a long weekend so we finally pushed through with our staycation at Mella (we initally booked in March but had to cancel due to schedule conflicts).

PROS:
1. New hotel with top notch interiors. Very polished sophisticated modern filipino design. Relaxed ambiance throughout the hotel.
2. Accessible area. Located in between a few restaurants, supermarket and soon to be completed community mall.
3. Breakfast buffet was satisfying albeit mostly filipino dishes.
4. Adequately sized outdoor pool with demarcated kiddie pool.
5. Fitness center was well equiped with new machines.
6. Appreciate the hand on the heart gesture when greet their guests. Just reinforce this constantly so all staff make this automatic.

COULD BE IMPROVED:
1. Rooms are on the small side. No cabinets, in place is a doorless cavity with a rod with clothes hangers. But this did not bother us.
2. A portion of one side of the hotel has a view of a memorial park. So very peaceful, green and quiet.
3. If possible, please build a sauna or steam room in the male and female shower area for a complete relaxing experience.

We love the ambiance and polished interiors. Overall an affordable new modern hotel in the south near the airport.
Expect this hotel to increase its rates soon when it becomes more well known.

Excellent Service

Stayed here for a few days because it's close to my family during my visit.

Mella is brand new hotel. I was told they recently hosted Miss International Pageant here. Service was impeccable. Greeted me and my family with a smile. Their lobby was amazing. Huge! It accommodated my very big Filipino and extended Filipino families and friends too!

Our room was tastefully done. Nice view, cozy king size bed, modern bathroom and rain shower to boot! They also provide slippers and a hot water kettle and fridge.

They provided free complimentary breakfast buffet which was fantastic from 6-10 am. You can order omelet and pancakes too! I had dinner at their restaurant and surprised, they had Italian on their menu. Their restaurant is open daily till 10pm.

Best part, there is an outskirts mallstrip about a 5 minute walk. There is a drug store, convenience store, Jollibee, Coffee Bean and Tea and a few other eateries.

Mella is also only about a 20 minute car ride to Manila airport. Very convenient. Oh, I almost forgot. Their pool was fantastic. Free towel service and the pool was big enough and even provided a nice cabana.
