The ambiance is felt luxurious and the staff especially the front office are very nice reliable and quick in taking actions whenever i have request and questions. I didn't really had any bad experience staying. Keep up the good customer service. Love it!More

Very accommodating staffs/employees, Hotel was so clean. room is spacey perfect for couples. buffet and packed breakfast is great. penthouse or pool area is very calm/chill place. One of the best hotel i’ve been to. A must visit!

Had a perfect weekend stay in Azumi. Staff are nice, room is clean and spacious, all areas are instagramable. They have the best pool in the metro overviewing the city and skyline. I will definitely be back soon!

Stayed here during the Christmas eve, and we don't regret it one bit! Our holidays became extra special. The staffs are so nice and approachable, and the cleanliness of the hotel is also a plus! Will surely come back next time!

You'll leave with mixed feelings about this hotel. Remember the word boutique in its name and you'll be fine. The tight elevators and small sparsely furnished rooms tells you to book elsewhere, but the inviting lobby and good staff tells you it'll be ok. Average, i'd say. We stayed here to be close to family during the holidays, who live at a nearby village.
