Generally happy with my stay. Improve the lifts capacity and speed, they seem to struggle during busy hours. Also allow people who book well in advance to reserve rooms of choice. A 9 am check out is a bit early & I was rushing out, can't this be adjusted to 10

I was happy staying at your hotel the people that I came with were also vey happy, We were assisted with the luggage from the lift to the rooms. In the morning again I did not hustle for my refund as I paid R450 extra for damages. Keep up the good work as I will definitely recommend you to other people. Thank you

Good proximity to the beaches, CBD, City hall, Other hotels, harbour, ICC, uKhozi Radio Station, uShaka Marine World, Restaurants, Stadiums etc.
The meals were the best and rates more competitive.
The challenge is the parking space, especially for buses and mini buses.

we were very happy to be in Coastal-lands hotel , we did enjoy every minutes of our stay and we are planning to come back soon, i would recommend my Friends and family to come and stay at Coastal lands Central, the place was superb and every thing was nice , we enjoyed the view of harbour specially at night i would suggest who ever comes there to take upper rooms we were in level 19 and 20 floor .

We experienced a lot of noise from other guest who were students from other schools their excitement was too much they obstructed the way at the reception and the security was not there to assist in removing them.
The other issue was unknown people were seen in our booked floor trying to open the doors to see if it was open or not when they were asked as to who were they looking for they could not answer. we request that security officers patrol timely.
