Description: The Mile High Grill and Inn sits atop the Jerome hill on Main Street in the old Clinkscale Mercantile building, built in 1899. Opening in 2004, we have made many renovations while trying to keep the old focal points and uniqueness of the original architecture. We aren't hard to find with our beautiful red building and black and white awnings! Feel free to grab some lavender from our herb garden located in the front window box!The Mile High Inn is located above the Grill and accessible through a separate entrance, though all check-ins are done at the Grill. Here you will step back in time with the Victorian styled Inn with high ceilings, original oil paintings and most importantly, the cozy, comfortable beds. It is a great spot to have a romantic getaway. Oh, and if you feel (but can't see) a little something rubbing against your ankles, don't fear! It's only Skipp, the ghost kitty.

Drive through Jerome on our way from Sedona to Scottsdale based on many recommendations. Stopped at Nellie Bly (kaleidoscope store!) and walked around looking for lunch. Haunted Hamburger line was out the door so we stumbled into Mile High. Really great spot, amazing sweet potato fries and pulled pork! Huge portions and nice service. Great stop.

Nice little restaurant. The lentil soup was amazing and the waitress was fun and informative. Fish and chips, it seemed like they served the whole fish!

My wife and I ate lunch at the Mile High Grill and Inn on our day in Jerome. The place is very busy however the staff did a great job of getting the food out in a timely fashion. I had a burger and my wife had the Dirty Verde Birdie. The food was delicious and fresh. I would highly recommend this place for lunch when in Jerome.

Had a great breakfast, sitting at a table at the large windows. Good coffee, great breakfast menu, great wait staff. Will definitely return.

We really enjoyed the lunch we had at this restaurant. Unfortunately for us, parking was at a premium. By the time we walked into the restaurant, it felt like we had claimed the mile! However, it was worth it. Excellent food, great service and friendly people. Highly recommended.
