At first I thought I won't be impressed because I don't usually enjoy traditional tastes but I was wrong. I end up enjoying every bit of food I receive. Not too oily, the caramelized tempe isn't too hard, not too sweet (precise). Light on my body but fulfilling in the stomach

Keep up with these qualities guys & girls

We stayed at Sedasa lodge and were lucky to try several positions from the menu. Our favorites Nasi Campur Bali and Nasi Urab Bakar. The combination of tastes is mind blowing - food tastes so good, sweet dressing of chicken with crunchy nuts is spicy enough, the milky dressing of beans is very balancing . The serving is almost the state of art - rice, chicken, all the sides are served in small hand made cups from palm leaves - so cute and with care for nature We also tried Pepel Jagung ( corn fritters) and Tahu Chrunchy Vegetables - highly recommended. And Watermelon juice is ❤️. Whole day breakfasts are also good. So whenever we want something really tasty we order from here, Sedasa never lets us down

Dear Anna

Thank you very much for stayed at sedasa lodge and share the experience. We are glad to know that you enjoy the food and your support for the local menu. We are also using besek (traditional handmade food packaging from bamboo) and cup made from banana leaves for plating and packaging.

Once you are in Canggu or stay in Sedasa again, our staff would remember it to provide Nasi Campur Bali and Nasi Urab Bakar.

Our best regards from Sedasa family

Sedasa Cafe offers quite an extensive choices of Balinese authentic cuisines. The corn fritters and the tofu, the various type of urap (steamed veggies mixed with shredded coconuts and authentic Balinese spices); and the nasi goreng (fried rice) are the must-try! Delicious.. Other non-veg dishes are equally good.. We’ll definitely come back for more

I started ordering Sedasa for lunch deliveries at the office because I didn’t have time to sneak out for lunch. The food is fantastic, healthy and not greasy like some rice dishes on the island. The new bbq chicken is amazing too, and the portions are giant. I sometimes end up with two meals for the price of one! Dining in is also lovely if you can make it over!

An interesting new concept of eating Balinese mixed rice. Around 20 dishes served in a spread and we choose what we want to eat. Everything was served fresh, with plenty of sambals to choose from. The Chef took the time to explain everything and he told us those are homemade recipes from his childhood home. We particularly loved the urab kejlengkot and kalasan chicken for its rich herbs and spices. Well done Sedasa Cafe
