I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. The rooms are clean and spacious but basic. The beach view rooms have balconies overlooking the beach. The management are very helpful and will arrange airport and train station pickups.
this is by far the worst place i have stayed in anywhere in the world we booked premium rooms at an extra cost should have got premium bedding,premium toiletries, a safe ,tv with premium channels what we got was bedding with holes in,toiletries consisted of one thumb size peice of medicated soap,a couple of sachets of shampoo no safe ,no tv, room was filthy,no hot water when we asked about hot water the guy at the front table(not desk)said we can't afford to fix the water system but if you need to wash he would bring us a bucket of hot water we also learned off a few people who live out there that it is also known as the local good time hotel (pay by the hour for a room) not sure how true that was but needless to say we did not stay long enough to find out we had to find another hotel in resort the next day which we did thank god
Nice hotel staff lovely friendly and very helpful we stayed in a room overlooking the sea with large private balcony we had a couple of issues but the staff did there very best to sort them would definitely recommend this hotel for its location spacious room and the lovely owner and staff
Dirty place !!!! Dirty rooms, not maintained at all...
Woke up next day with no tap water..no one at reception...waited for 2 hours to speak to someone..
Very bad place hotel.. Not sure if Air conditioning works!! Only blows air..

I would not recommend this hotel at all.
I visited this hotel in a Tor to Kerala. The location of the hotel is not bad, it's very close to the Light House. The sea can be seen from the sea facing rooms even when lying on the bed. But the hotel's restaurant is very costly and not provides quality food even. The have complimentary breakfast but their cook never wakes up before 9:30 at the morning. So, you have to have your breakfast somewhere else. The behaviour of the stands is not even good, they starts to quarrel with guests and behaves rudely. They even do not fulfill to all their facilities.
