Such a good experience!

Location is good, only a 10 minute walk to the town.
This place was our first stop in Costa Rica and set the standards high!
Such a beautiful hotel covered in beautiful lush green, and very private.
We were in a room that was 5 steps from the pool and not near anyone else so we had a lot of privacy.
Room was small but clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and shower was good.
AC was very powerful, my boyfriend was actually too cold in the middle of the night and we had to turn it down.
Wifi was great, service was strong all over the the whole grounds whether you were in your room or at the pool.
Breakfast was amazing. Huge portions everyday. Pool was really nice and big, best pool we got out of all of our hotels.
Best part was the staff, the women who runs it was so kind and helpful. Booked us a cab to the Fortuna waterfall, gave suggestions on food delivery, delivered a hair dryer for me. Etc.
oh and a HUGE plus, there’s German shepherds that roam the property and are the cutest.
This was the best hotel we stayed in during our whole Costa Rica trip.

We loved the charming setting of our bungalows amid lush flora in a great location to explore the Arenal volcano, go zip lining and kayaking. This is a lovely family run business and Adrianna is the perfect host - she kept an eye on my wife when she was under the weather, provided extra things we needed and even meticulously arranged to unite me with some valuables I left in the safe. We would highly recommend the Arenal Country Inn - Eros is also gorgeous!

I don’t normally write reviews but Adriana, who seemed ever present at the front desk was so helpful, accommodating and flexible that I felt I must.
Good mid range accommodation.
Very practical and clean rooms with small en suites (very good showers). Good breakfast included. Wi-Fi good.
Nicely maintained gardens with the occasional iguana and tortoise wandering around. Pool v well maintained with views of the volcano when clouds cleared.
Short walk to two very nice restaurants.
Front desk able to book numerous trips if required but most notable thing was how helpful Adriana was with generous help advice whenever consulted.
For us it was a great place to be based for a few nights and excellent value for money (family of 4, children aged 20&18 - double and a twin rooms).
If you need a bit of luxury hot springs exposure, try the Springs club rio 2 day day-pass (includes lunch &activities) and stay here at a tiny fraction of the cost!
