We have such a great time at Selina every time we come! It has a great location right in town so there’s a lot to do around there. Everyone is so friendly!!! Gustavo at the bar is amazing. He gave us so many tips for our trip and made us the best drinks!!!

Had a wonderful time staying in the teepee. Melania at the bar was super helpful and knowledgeable about anything we wanted to know. We felt at home after the first day! I highly recommend staying here to meet amazing, friendly people and have a good time.

Javi does 2 yoga classes a day. At 9am and 4pm. It was truly a great experience and like you’re staying at a yoga retreat. The yoga deck is outdoors (important during COVID) and backs up to a forested area with a river which you can hear during classes. Mind you the Selina is right in the middle of the town AND backs up to this small little piece of nature. The garden is a great spot to watch Iguanas, hummingbirds and other colorful birds as well.

Came here to work remotely and really enjoyed myself. My favorite part was the twice daily yoga classes with Javi - it really made my stay feel special and like a yoga retreat! I would have gone joined three times a day if they offered a third class. One of the best yoga instructors I’ve had during my 6 years of practice.

Stayed at Selina La Fortuna for 5 days amidst covid times and felt very safe given how outdoorsy everything is. Location is great, but the show stopper is the 9 am yoga that you schedule with Javiera! This Selina has a beautiful outdoor yoga deck right up against the jungle/river, and it was such a treat to have an in person class again. Thank you for giving us this option, it was magical!
