My stay in this hotel was good especially compared to my recent stay at Ramada in the same city.

My main issue is with the elevator. They are not being maintained. though the elevator goes up and down, but the buttons are super dodgy and I saw many people trying to battle the buttons to arrive at their respective floor. Its a very tall hotel and this could be a major hassle.

Other than that - Front desk was v polite and helpful.

The shower was v nice. extremely strong flow of water.

Internet was OK.

The hotel is located on the beach.

The beer selection at the hotel bar is extremely poor.

Housekeeping was OK.

This hotel is located in Pina, close to the downtown area, in front of the sea. Clean and silent, with a good stuff. I was in the 24th floor and the view was awsome! The bedroom is big, clean, bright and everything was working well!

This hotel does have one of the best, most amazing views of a beach front I have ever seen. Particularly impressive from the 30th floor, mine view was two-sided, due to the unique shape of the hotel. That said, the card keys I was issued quickly became demagnetized, necessitating many trips to the front desk to re-magnetize them and get in the elevator and to my room. Rigidly segregating them from anything else the least bit magnetic didn't help. Staff was helpful, the facility was clean, the cards were the big minus. Adequate breakfast buffet.

Good hotel in first line of beach in Boa Viagem. The view from the front rooms is just stunning. Quite big and well stuffed rooms with enormous bed. The hotel has all the expected services and friendly staff. The only negative I found were the buttons on the elevators. difficult to press. Otherways impressive place,

Great Hotel stayed for 15 days it was very convenient nice view from room enjoyed the sun rise and sun set...
Good staff very helpful..
Breakfast is okay the menu never changed during my stay...
Other food suggest to have outside...
Little expense on Laundry services...
But great staff willing to help and remembers the questions asked and gets you a reply...
