This is a very nice Hotel. Cleaning is done very nicely by Karpgam. Keep it up. Clothes are washed very nicely. The room is arranged properly. Everything in the room is clean and arranged in order everyday. Karpgam has cleaned my room on time everyday and arranged room items in a neat order.

I stayed here for 2 days awsome stay I have ever felt before. All stafs are very kind at me. Food was delicious, room cleaning extremely neat and clean. Everything super good and front office, facilitiy service workers are very kind. Karpagam mam took care very well and good. Anyway I had a perfect stay. Than k u green Park. We had so many issues with stay at this hotel. We travelled to Chennai from USA to attend a marriage and booked 3 rooms, but while checking in we were told that they have some system issues and they cannot see the 3rd room booking from the third party website we used to book. Because of that we had to get alternative arrangements for our in laws. We were told that we will be called once the issue is resolved but no one contacted.
Some construction is going on at the hotel and we could see dust all over the place and because of heavy rains the entrance to the hotel was waterlogged preventing us from walking outside. The pillow in the room was really dirty , I took a picture and shoed to the staff. This was a very unpleasant stay for us , but worst experience was on the way.
Next day early morning I approached the hotel Staff before leaving to the marriage but I was told that the general manager is not available. We went to the marriage and after coming back at 2pm we were told that the third room issue was their mistake and they found that we actually had 3rd room booking during their audit. Since the night has already passed I asked them for the refund but they refused. They told us that the third party website through which we booked will refund our money. When I contacted the third party website they told us that the hotel staff is not picking up the phone. I am still waiting for the refund as I am writing this after two weeks.
If you are planning to stay this place, God bless you and be prepared to lose your peace of mind. I usually do not write negative reviews like this, but this experience was beyond the limit.

I recently stayed at the Green park for more than three days..it was a amazing experience for me..the staff was outstanding , courteous and professional. In particular in the front office area Mallika,Roshini and Praveen were very polite, helpful, and professional. i would recommend the Green park Chennai to anyone traveling to the area. In addition, the hotel itself is nothing short of amazing and the guest room are superb! recommend one...🤩🤩🤩🤩

Very good ambience....
Excellent hospitality ....Very tasty & good variety of food items, all of which were served patiently & very nicely....
On the whole we really felt happy having had our Function at this Venue....
