Visited here during a Business trip to Chennai for 4 Days. They had arranged vehicle for pick up and drop to my office. Rooms were comfortable and ambience to the Dining area was good. Lots of varieties in food menu though the area is bit short for more persons to accommodate at a time. Overall a pleasant stay...
Went on a day visit (didn’t stay) here to attend a corporate training program. This hotel doesn’t have a proper parking area and vehicles are parked all over the entrance. Our training program was in the mezzanine floor, and the entire floor doesn’t have a washroom. So for every trip to the washroom outside the break time, one has to go all the way downstairs, resulting in lost time during the training session.
The washroom was unclean and the fittings mouldy. The paper towel holders remained mostly empty throughout the day.
The food in the hotel’s restaurant was ok, nothing great to write about. The buffet options was extremely limited, but the food was well-cooked.
The conference room facilities were not commendable ones as the table clothes were ink-stained and unwashed and the chair covers were dirty as well. Given my experience on a day-visit, I would definitely not recommend this place for stay.
Stayed a day for business visit on Aug 15th. Front desk was just doing their duty no extra effort to smile or inform about hotel. Got a room(119) facing main road which is horrible as whole night you could hear heavy traffic passing by. Bed and room were filthy. In the bathroom there was a toothbrush left by previous guest . Toilet had label saying it was sanitized but was dirty with yellow stains.inside had empty room fresheners. And the bedsheet were not cleaned pics attached. At night there were mosquitoes and the mosquito repellent provided by them doesn't work. Ordered room service at night the staff came with stained cloths and wearing slippers... Amazing.... this should be one star hotel and the price they charge is not worth staying... highly not recommended.. checked out next day for other hotel
They have 5 Beach View cottages that are excellent, other rooms are just average like a lodge. Swimming pool and beach access are the major attractions. Beach view rooms are probably recently renovated or built, so that's definitely a good option. Crowd is decent. They don't allow liquor consumption in common areas (but allowed inside the room).
My room was absolutely filthy. Found a used ladies sanitory napkin inside the wardrobe and the mattress under the bed was stained badly. My family were rudely awakened in the morning by the hotel staff at 7 am asking for laundry. My family did not manage to stomach the breakfast in the morning as it was cold and literally looked like dog food.
