Check in issue:
1/1 st day of arrival I was asked at front desk if I wanted an extra bed. I asked the person if there was no extra charge and answer was clearly "No"
Finally, on day of departure I find out there was a surcharge for bed. When inquiring for explanation, front desk Mgr showed me a piece of paper stating that extra bed was to be charged.
I said i could not be held responsible for any miscommunication between team members!!!
2/ personnel of taking care of breakfast needs some serious trng. We had 3 breakfast and same issues were encountered during morning.
My wife had to wait an hour to get a massala tea, then next day she was craving for poori so she had to go ask someone that should take 10 mns and later on she asked same person where her order was, person told her to come back in 10 mns.
People are just wandering around the room, talking to each other, not taking care of any customers' s needs!!
Is that the level of service we should expect from a 5 star hotel as you advertise yourself...
