Regarding the weighing machine, I am given to understand that you weren't satisfied with the weight it was showing. So, we took it to a larger weighing machine which is within our hotel premises but your luggage was never taken out of the hotel. We apologize for this as it was not communicated to you.
Concerning the hand shower, it appears there was a misunderstanding on how to close it properly, which resulted in the water dripping. We are sorry for any trouble this may have caused and will ensure clearer instructions are provided in the future.
During breakfast, our team brought tea to your table, but seeing that you were still eating, they held off serving it until you finished your meal to ensure you could enjoy it freshly brewed.
We have addressed the matter of our staff's demeanour, and the two ladies in question have been spoken to about the importance of maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude.
