It was pathetic stay with this property, i have been assigned room number 711 , 7th floor , the phone was unserviceable.
I kept informed reception staff for the same , even i told housekeeping staff but no response.
These are basic and important resources for guests, the hotel staff shouldn’t assigned that room .

Newly modified rooms are good. Nearest to srm college. Food is pricey but good. Ambience ok. Staff behavior is good. Retained old staff of srm hotel. A nice stay. The lobby has the old hotel look. Staff is courteous and helpful.hotel is a bit overpriced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at the Ramada Wyndham Egmore hotel in Chennai. The staff are very courteous and the service is amazing. Any requests/concerns we had were looked into and immediately attended to. The breakfast is also very good, with a wide variety of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests.
Additionally, as a group of ladies traveling alone, we felt very safe during our stay at this hotel because of its lively vibe, wonderful staff, and the fact that we saw other families and women on their own as well. It's a great option for business travellers as well as those travelling for leisure.
I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality, great food quality, spacious & comfortable rooms and convenient location. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Chennai. Thank you to the entire management and staff of Ramada Wyndham Egmore (Chennai)!
