Good service. Good food at Coffee Shop.Rooms could be better and more modern.Generally, happy with my stay. No complaints.Check-in at the airport for repeat visits was a good idea. Also, the pick-up team was courteous and prompt.

Many thanks to the staff, they were all extremely helpful and marvellously polite! Murari at reception and his colleagues kindly arranged a one-day journey to Mahabalipuram for us which was fascinating! The hotel itself is conveniently located right next to the airport and the pickup there and back is included. Oh, and the breakfast is splendid, it was a delicious feast for us every morning, highest class! The building is nice, there is a cute pool and some lounge zones. Would love to come back!

Stayed here just for 1 night (transit to Malaysia). The booking was kind of last minute but Aarthy and Yamuna were so kind, considerate, understanding and effective.. Ensuring us of the confirmation esp when the city hotels seemed to be on high occupancy.

Considering my health conditions, we were allotted an excellent room..rather a suite I think...close to the elevator and obviously cleaned as per my request.

There were surprises at every corner that we could not do justice to...plenty of toiletries, fruits, cookies. Nice flower arrangement, attractive cushion covers and so much more.

Loved this room....I have experienced not so well maintained rooms that I had a long walk to....difficult with my present predicament.

Unfortunately, I could not meet these two..as I departed fairly early in the morning.

Keep it up Aarthy and Yamuna!!! Service meted out by you could alone boost the hotel ranking.

If assured of a similar room....would/could consider a longer relaxing stay!!

The young RM at the restaurant was also very pro-active.
