Stayed here for 3 nights between 12 to 15 June 2018. Stayed on the 8th floor in room 817. Must say the room was good and large with a King size bed and wooden flooring. All amenities were available including a fridge, Kettle, Ironing Board, Safe and plenty of on sale savories and soft driks and beer as well. The toilet was excellent with rain shower and all toiletries available. The check in at reception was smooth compared to my last visit and review. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large number of items to choose from. The location of the hotel is very good and central in the up market T Nagar area.Just a little smile is required on the F & B staff and house keeping would complete the hotel to be a fine property. Will stay here again on my next visit to Chennai.

Room tip: Stayed on the eighth floor with a good city view

One of the best hotel i have stayed. Interiors are so beautiful. Buffet breakfast has a variety of choices and it includes both South Indian and North Indian dishes. Staffs are polite. Great room with clean and hygienic bathroom. And overall location is very good. Located in the heart of the city. Marketplace is nearby. We will definitely be a repeat customer for this hotel as well we will recommend this hotel to others without any hesitation.

the service of -room service is good, breakfast service good but no change of breakfast as 5 days the same food. Front desk service very poor and their integrity is questionable. As they send of my tailor telling him that guest are not to be disturbed when i have instructed and gave my room no to the tailor.
I did request for call taxi to the airport which will be cheap as my languages are 2 big bags and 2 hand small bags. The force me to hire their vehicle that is so big and can accommodate 6 people with their luggages

Room tip: The mini fridge was not available till my last day as their lock it after i have request to open it. Shower holder broke several times

We would like to inform you that the miscommunication with the tailor was a result of the wrong name and room number being provided. However, we do regret the inconvenience you had to face. For your future stays, we request you to inform the team in advance so that they can ensure seamless services.
Since your booking was done and paid through a third-party platform, we were unable to provide the invoice at checkout. Considering the situation we also gave you hotels' airport transfer ad a discounted price. However, the team will be given the feedback to make necessary rectifications and ensure a seamless checkout going forth.

Nice stay, and value for money for stay. My wife missed the gold earing , for which we did not remember that we missed that. The hotel staff returned the same while checking out.
Breakfast was nice & well spread.

GRT stands for GReaT hospitality at a GReaT location- everything in Chennai is so accessible. The food spread at breakfast is great. The rooms are comfortable and the staff works hard to take care of the guests. All in all a very good experience
