Most reviewers have ticked all the boxes :proximity to airport to beat the Chennai traffic gone haywire because of metro constructions ,barricades,scaffolding and diversions,good food,.supportive staff,great swimming pool .I fully agree.I gave Kamini at the front desk a suggestion to supplement welcome drink with a Come Again drink at check out .This was promptly accepted and my family became the first recipient of the drinks.the One thing I would suggest is to give better arrow signs to lead through the maze of rooms .Very often I ended up where I started,.Or took the wrong elevator.Incidentally there are two separate wings North and East and the twain only meet in the lobby.One part of my family stayed in North and me and my wife stayed in the East and even our happy hour lounges were also different with complete segregated access.But come on ,such is life.

I had a great stay at the ITC Grand Chola. I've stayed at multiple hotels in Chennai, but this one is the best I've stayed at in Chennai.

The rooms are very nice, the restaurants are fantastic, and the service is great! I love the pillows -- they are soft and not too big vertically (big pillows often make my neck hurt).

The housekeeping service was excellent, and I want to call out Jeyakumar from the housekeeping department. Jeyakumar was extremely helpful. He was there whenever I needed him. He learned what I needed and what I didn't want and was able to keep everything very clean while being flexible and adapting to my needs.

Overall, an excellent experience! Thank you Grand Chola and especially Jeyakumar!

It's a nice hotel, clean and feels like home. it has old luxury architecture vibe.
We enjoyed our stay here, and the staffs were friendly and helpful as well.
they have electric vehicle charging station, and the location is not far from the airport.
