Euphoric Stay!!😎😎

Peaceful location to stay..
Great staffs with excellent hospitality throughout our stay there…
One of the best stay we had in recent times..
Room services, reception, security were super professional..
Rooms are very clean and hygienic..
Our boy “Mouli” charming and kind guy made arrangements and taken care of our needs till we loaded our luggage back to car from our arrival.. we stayed for a short period of time but it was memorable..
His smiling face and his response does make you to feel energetic.. no offence please as I haven’t mentioned anyone’s name other than him..
Buffet at Gardenia were also good
Would love to visit back again..

Accord Chorme stay

The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was beyond expectations. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to our queries. We got to try the breakfast and lunch spreads, there was a good variation in the options. Overall pleasant stay

Hospitality at its best in chromepet

Service and Complimentary breakfast was appreciable , Receptionist Reshma took care of us in best way and remarkable responses from Room service incharge Ganapathy who personally came and helped to keep our stay comfortable . Dinner also had lots of variety

Overpriced accommodation

This is my second visit to the hotel and my stay in it, as I stayed there last year in June. I found that there had been a change in the management of the hotel with new management. Changes had been made that led to a decline in the level of service and an increase in prices. The reason for this I believe is due to the large number of employees. Poor distribution and lack of attention to the quality of services provided. As for the type and quality of the restaurant, it is considered good, and room services need to be punctual. Comparing service and quality with prices, I see that quality and service have decreased and prices have increased exaggeratedly over the past year.

Excellent

The stay was very good,the room was spacious and clean.The hospitality was great and we had an excellent breakfast.The ambience is peaceful and quiet.Its very near to the airport and has a good location.I’d definitely visit Accord Chrome once more for the good vibe.
