This is my first Trip to somerset chennai. I usually travel for work and have stayed in other Hotels and have never felt so compelled to leave a Review. I don't know if this is naturally b or you'll have trained them but the Services by each and every Staff was outstanding.
Special mention of Kirubha who to me is an Asset to you guys. Mohamed was fabulous to. Shahina went out of his way to help with medicines. These Staff who checked me in were fantastic. Your driver's are also so well trained. I had 2 different drivers in my usage and all were super.
The Food was delicious. Rooms superior. Ambience great. I am critical in my Reviews but I couldnt find anything to give low feedback. One of the best experiences over ever had. My top so far was Taj. You guys exceeded that.

Somerset stay is good and memorable experience also food in BBC restaurant totally different taste many dishes in breakfast. Thanks to Mr.Mohamed and Mr.Kirubha who had soomth check in and check out .I will share my experience to my frienda and family..
