Buffet breakfast is good but with limited options. there is a window in the room which is closed it should be open. although the food is average. Swimming pool is good and good indoor activities. Buffet should be available for dinner also.

Room Tip: Lights are dim. one window is there which is closed.

Heritage-like hotel, localised very far from centre of Jaipur,in a hotel district.very good (luxuriously)looking, room very clean and nicely furnished. Amazing rooftop pool with sunbeds, good place to spend the afternoon in.not crowded, very quiet.tasty food in the restaurant with nice garden lobby to sit in.i can definitely recommend this place!

Pros: beautiful design (heritage hotel), good food, quiet place.

Cons: very remote (far from any tourist attraction and from the city center in general), the staff is not always professional and helpful.

In general- for the same rates I would book it again. Yet 2 years ago I booked another heritage hotel close to this one (Umaid Heritage, probably the same ownership), and it was more expensive but also far more comfortable.

Unfortunately I Can not share other guests positive comments. We are disappointed about nearly everything. Very remote Location in a newly built business district. Far away from Jaipur, even Amber Fort is Miles away. No real opportunity to go out in the neighborhood for any Restaurants, bars or similar. Boring Area for tourists. Hotel staff not very attentive. At check-in no warm reception by the staff, no "Good Evening", no welcoming words, he even didnt bother to stand up from his chair and was not looking at us at all times. We felt not very welcomed. Restaurant staff (Dinner and Breakfast) such incompetent and inexperienced. We were only guests at that time, but it took to long for service. At breakfast, tables were not laid properly. We had to gather cutlery etc. from other tables. Staff Standing around and not taking care. At least room standard and Roof Swimming pool area OK. However, this is not a real heritage hotel, but modern and newly built replica. If you are looking for real Indian heritage atmosphere, this is not the place you want to be.
