The welcome was very nice. Check in was very smooth and friendly.Food quality is very nice. The services are fast considering room cleaning, including front office by Neelam and Sunita. Reception by Sumit, Ashish is handled politely.

The stay at club mahindra was not at all pleasent. The hotel converted to resort is in bad shape. Its quiet old and worn out property which has not been looked after well. The room condition is bad and the bathrooms are specially very badly maintained - from shower to WC - basin - everything is pathetic. Not at all at an acceptable level and above all the house keeping is not at all proper . The rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned properly giving the guests a very shabby and dirty feeling . The location is on Jal mahal road which is out from the main city.
