I had a great and comfortable stay at the Taj President while I was quarantining for 7 days.
Neeta and Amar from the in-room dining team and Sunita from the ask desk were so helpful and prompt in their service.
The hotel staff was very friendly. They indeed provided service with a smile no matter what the time.

Taking safety measures
It was a wonderful stay in President Mumbai.
Location , Hospitality, Food, Rooms everything deserves a 5Star.
I should not forget to mention This.
There was an issue with payment in the last minute and we had a flight to catch . The cooperation extended by the Team (Pooja Chavan) Thank you so much.
If it was any other Hotel we would not be allowed to pay while we are heading to the airport.
The food is so Hygiene and healthy .

We had a wonderful dinner experience , Mayank was extremely prompt & helpful. The food & Desserts were yumm..specially the pizzas & Veg.Risotto .
