I arrived 15 minutes before 10 am when the facility officially opens, and besides that they were late 10 minutes we had to wait almost 2 hours to get in so it was already 12 am by the time I could put down my stuff and go to pool The slides also had a 5-10 minute waiting line.
Around 3 pm I got hungry and thought to have lunch inside, since you can't eat outside because they won't let you back in. I've waited in line 2 hours because they had only one man serving the food for everyone and one more for preparing it.
Overall from the 10 hours that I payed to stay I could enjoy only 6 hours, almost only half! You can surely find a better way to spend your time.

Our visit started with around a 1 hour wait to get in. My dad also queued for an hour and a half to get food and then gave up. Also getting out was slow too. Apart from that we enjoyed the slides and pools. The length of waiting at different times means I probably will not come back.

I visited this place last year after it was opened and it was a great experience. I revisited it last week and it turned out to be very crowded. We stayed in line to get in for 1.5 hour, to eat also 1.5 hour. There are very few umbrellas so most of the people have to stay exposed to the sun all day. There are very few tables where you could sit and eat your lunch considering how many people they let in. The service is also poor: one person serves the food for everyone, they work for 12 hours a day.

This is a modern aquapark with many pools, water slides, wave pool, sunbeds, bar and snacks, joy and nice atmosphere. Free parking and also the city is very nice, you can visit also Felix village (2 km from Oradea) with thermal water...

Don't even know how to start:
- the 1.5 hrs queue to get in?
- the fact that you need cash in order to charge your bracelet for shopping inside?
- the fact that electronic booking of tickets does not work?
- incredible queue for restaurant ( one hour) or bar ( 45 min for a coffee)???

I guess the mist disturbing is the feeling of disappointment: there is absolutely no connection in between what's 'sold' (biggest waterpark in Eastern Europe, modern and fancy) vs the back of the block environment setup here .

I really wonder if there is a management. I doubt , since they cannot recognize how understaffed they are, how long each order, regardless if ticket or lunch order takes, how overpopulated..... and even more: did they ever thought there is a limit of accepting customers? Or it's just about 'milking' money as there is no immediate alternative?

Or.... do they have an answer for a thirsty kid crying and question like 'why you brought me here'?

Conclusion: DO NOT go if you are looking for relaxation with tour family and kids

It is only suitable if you want to be treated as cattle
