Probably the worst place we have been to in Sagada. Not because of their food, but because of their crew who are uselessly wandering around the place not minding their customers. We were at the second floor, place wasn't filled the time we went, and we saw a few tables filled with foreigners. While looking at the Menu, and thinking what yogurt variant we will be trying (people say its their specialy, hence the name of the place) I saw and heard the other customers express their frustration as to the wait time of their orders. Others were also wondering where the crew went since they haven't made their orders yet. My friend went downstairs to check if they are too busy to go up, lo and behold, they were chit chatting with each other. - Super bad for business. I even saw one take an order from a fellow Filipino where the waitress just stood and never made any friendly gesture, even smiling was hard for them.
My friend got us a Banana Granola Strawberry Preserves Yogurt, where we were told that they are out of Granola, hence deducted Php 10.00 from the price. We didn't mind the small deduction since a lot of reviews were saying its good. A little over 10 minutes of waiting, our order was served. It looked like a Yogurt mess. The strawberries were all over the place, very unpleasing to look at. First bite, we ended up making faces because it was too SOUR. It had very little banana parts as well. Good thing we didn't order another since we were just trying them. We still finished the whole thing and said that we won't be coming back to this place. It has a lot of potential but their crew are the ones destroying them.
