My family of five had a great time on the Volcano Explorer tour. We did the 4x4 ride through the site of the most recent erruption, rode to a great overlook, took a stop and checked out a lava tube (and went down into the dark), and got to play in the local hotsprings for awhile before heading back to town. Our guide for the day, Ngurah Wesa was excellent. He was very personable and easy to get along with (and he speaks great English). Thank you Expedition Bali for giving our kids a great day to remember. It was the highlight of our trip to Bali.

Had a good day the staff where tops and A1 we highly recommend it as a must do we did the 1.5 hour volcano tour it was tops then had luch and a swim at the hot springs it was an all in all top day samthing that evey one who does not do it is missing out on

Did the volcano day tour as we were given a voucher as a present.Not as described on website, Tour guide didn't have "stories" to tell. He hardly understood questions I asked about the area. Felt like a complete waste of a day and we could not wait to get back to our hotel! Around 5.5 hours drive in total to get there and back spending less than 2 hours at the village/tour itself. The hot springs advertised, I enjoyed for 1 minute until locals started to offer massages and the village children seem to use these for their evening baths. Felt quite uncomfortable, would not recommend. Views nice but not worth it!

The trip was amazing. Team of expedition Bali excellent. The guide was fun and support us all the way. Pictures of the top very beautiful. I like this adventure very much
