Great resort, so relaxing, super friendly staff and very reactive on emails. The beach is amazing, the restaurant and bar are great too. Bungalow was big and clean and only 20 metres from from the beach! Will come back!

Hello Raphael.

Thanks for the 5 starr.
And ill tell Niab about your comment on the mil response. Takes him 7-8 hours a day to answer. really, no kidding. We have Ac in our office, but... 7-8 hours in a office in paradise.... one wonders... I must say, i did it too, but he is better.

but yeah, we do ave some professional proudness to. customers are customers. We try to avoid the ; "PRESS ONE FOR .... PRESS TWO FOR.... And then TUUT-TUUUT-TUUUT.... and then..

have a nice day.

This beautiful tropical beach resort has everything and is truly relaxing. We booked one night and stayed for twelve. Food and service is outstanding and the location perfect (small bay with only a few small resorts and one great bar/restaurant). It will be closing in two years time and will be redeveloped by Chinese owners, so I would highly recommend a visit before this happens.

Room Tip: Nearer the beach or tropical pool have the best views

It is one of those places that you want to rate badly so that people don't keep going and it preserves as amazing as it is.
Yes there is no electricity during the day and no hot water, but the experience of being in such a gorgeous place overcomes that easily. The only thing that could definitely be improved is the food and the prices of it as the restaurant is the only option around and they take advantage of that.
Advice, when they say don't keep food in rooms, you might think it's because they just want you to spend more money on the restaurant, the reality is that the monkeys will come and steal it if they smell it , so lock your doors and windows properly.

This was our second visit to Relax Bay. A wonderful quiet and relaxing place to stay. You have a lovely private beach and bar to enjoy. Very convenient location if you want to be just outside the main busier areas, but only a short motor bike ride away if you want to venture out as we did. I would say the drinks/food are a bit on the expensive side compared to the bars/restaurant in the villages outside the resort. Also what we did notice, there were many more families with small children here than the last time we were here - our visit was in January - this was not in any way a problem for us, but if you wanted (quiet no children resort) this is not for you. As they can get a bit 'noisy' especially at breakfast we found. We love this place and would certainly recommend the place

Family friendly resort, standing there for more than a decade, it is a little gem on this island. The opposite of Samui or Phuket, it is still quite virgin and this resort is really agreable. Super massage, beautiful beach, what else do we need?
