Ramtirth, a religious place outside Amritsar, about 11 kms away, on the Wagha Border Road, is a place where, as per the legend, Luv and Kush were born.
The complex has old and new temples. Nice complex with artificial water body around.
A good place to visit, for the religious ones, others can consider if they have enough time at hand.

We were recommended to visit this place as it has been recently renovated.
Sita spent her last days here, and Luv and Kush were born here and that Luv -Kush tied up the Ashwamedh Horse as sent by their father Ram.
Very impressive buildings with Temple set in the middle of the Tank similar to Golden Temple.
Quiet and peaceful apart from a few people trying to sell goods.
