We were group of 5 couples on Kerala tour by Kerala Holiday Mart.
Tree-house is lifetime experience
Must have to stay for atleast 1 day in ur Kerala visit
103 treehouse is best among all as it gives real experience of movement
Only problem is about food taste not for North Indians so adjust one day with it
rest all is best of u can enjoy
They also arrange camp fire for groups enjoy it

We really enjoyed staying here, the views of the tea plantation were awesome, but you have to stay on the higher floor to enjoy the view from your private balcony. You are free to walk around the property on your own, there are some secluded tree houses also that you can book to stay in - obviously at a higher cost. We checked one out but didn't stay as we were happy with our room.
Room: Was a nice size, bright and airy, bathroom was small but modern, no complaints at all.
Staff: Everyone was nice and helpful, very satisfied with the service.
Food: There is no where else close by to get food so you are limited to what the hotel serves, snacks are available during certain times of the day. The food isn't bad, but I've had better elsewhere. Still most will be ok with it.

Overall we would recommend staying here, you won't be dissapointed, it's a very unique experience!

We had a good start by starting our honeymoon fm munnar dream-catcher. We had a package of 6n/7d with all other places. But i m convinced for wat i had spent for dream catcher. Start from welcome at reception, room allocation, luggage boy, room service, room interior, cleanliness, polite behavior of staff, co-operative hotel & F & B manager, meals, breakfast, hotel atmosphere, environment, surrounding of hotel area with plantation & till the end watchman of hotel. Every place has some negative things but when suggesting or judging this place negative points are too small as no WiFi in room & if the can add sm more varieties in their food menu that's all i feel are negative points, It has camp fire daily for guest to make place happening & make guest to come out of their room & enjoy the fresh air in plantation. I & my wife enjoyed the stay..Planning to go again with parents to take a break from routine life & so they can rest in fresh air far fm pollution.

Room tip: We had selected deluxe room which are the best ones according to me valley view, plantation view from corridor strawberry plantation fm balcony. We had option for ree house also & wer good attractive but little on high side on plantation area, & very quite n good during day but if at nights wouldn't be easy access if any emergency

So just like you guys reading our reviews right now ,me and my wife did a lot of googling to find the best hotel in munnar for our honeymoon and 'Dream Catcher' caught our attention. It being cradled in the depth of Munnar lured us into booking it as well. But alas! The reviews were mixed which left us a little cold feet. Anyways fingers crossed we made our way through the twists and turns of the scenic Munnar to our destination. And Boy! were we happy the moment we stepped into our room(301,2nd floor). The view was breathtaking. Our 3 days stay at dream catcher turned out to be better than our expectations and made our honeymoon a beautiful memory.Though we would love to bore you with every minute detail of our stay,we'll spare you the ordeal and stick to just listing the PROS and CONS :)

FYI-We had opted for the package from the resort including 3 days stay at Munnar and 1 day at Allepy boat house.

PROS-
1)Driver-Pick up- sharp on time with a wide smile and was an excellent photographer too :)(Thanks Mr.Jin Chacko-Kudos to your amazing driving skills)
2)Management & staff-Always wore a warm smile from the day of our stay to the end and heeded to all our requests gladly.
3)Rooms-The room view,The wooden flooring,The lightings,The ambience,The spacious bathrooms(with hot water),The super clean bed and the sheets all nothing less than a 5 star hotel.
4)Food-The restaurant itself is a view point on its own.!Sadly we could not meet the chef to Thank him for introducing us to a whole new side of how yummy simple daily dishes could be! (The pineapple & chicken salad was divine!!!) And the food was always HOT,unlike some comments we came across here.
5)Tree house-(401)-Compact,Cozy,Cute and of course Super clean!!!Something you ought to try out if your here.Never felt so close to nature as this 1 night stay here.
6)Surroundings-The property is very well maintained with the camp fire joint, view point, swings etc and the tea plantations around and the scenic view of the mountains is like the icing on the cake.

CONS-Not really any worthy to note...
1)Okay lets admit it..Its a hill station! So curvy roads are a part of it.So there's no escaping from that.
2)This place is far away from the city.So if your with family, fren's and looking for a quick getaway then this isn't ideal for your stay.
3)The mountain view is not available from the ground floor so you might want to skip those rooms.

We had listed a few tips on improvement to the management ,Hope they work on it :)Thanks for the unforgettable memory Dreams Catcher!!!

Looking fwd to make more memories with family and frens here!!!

Room tip: Don't miss the tree house stay! Go for rooms in the 2nd floor for the best view.

With superbly located and excellent hospitality this could be one of the best places to stay in Munnar. They respect thier guests. I would recommend tree house which will take your trip to a different level.

We spent 3 nights at dream catcher. The Resort is very nice.
Superior Rooms with panoramic view are very nice, neat & clean.
Tree House: Amazing experience to live in tree house. It's good for only one night. Tree house feels little scary at night with sound of insects and quite dim lights in the room.
Hotel Service was very below at our time. They didn't provide food in the non lunch-dinner time. They didn't had cold drink, juice or anything. :( You cant go out to buy stuff as it is too far into the woods.
Breakfast arrangements were nice.
If you are planning to visit munnar, than the resort is too far. As it takes 1 hour from munnar.

Room tip: Do not select Deluxe room on ground floor, as it has no balcony view. Superior rooms on 1st and 2nd floor have superb view.
